While serving as HR Director for a professional services organization, he and his team grew the company by 20% with one merger. Native to the Pacific Northwest, Keith is a lifelong volunteer who is committed to community enrichment. His extensive history of support for the Portland Choir and Orchestra includes seven years as their non-paid Executive Director, where he directed the committees and staff of this 200+ volunteer organization, organized an event to honor veterans, and produced a fundraising concert that raised $5K for Doernbecher Childrens’ Hospital and Kids Making Miracles. He now donates hours as the organization’s Public Relations representative.
Keith holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a B.S. degree in Political Science from Portland State University, and has earned SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. He plays the piano professionally and as a volunteer, and has appeared as an extra in several episodes of TNT’s “Leverage” and NBC’s “Grimm.”
